Do you have a blog on your forum? How did you build blog on your forum, are you using add-on for the blog or are you using wordpress on a subdomain, or do you have a category for blog within your main forum? If you have experimented with all of these options, which one do you think is easy and also better?

I have a separate WordPress blog. It is on the homepage while the forum is the secondary thing. Anyway, though, I have thought about trying Bob's AMS for XenForo, but now I don't have XenForo, just phpBB (but that's fine).

An xenforo blog add on can range anywhere from $50-80 to install, however using Wordpress could be a cheaper option.

But, bridging it to work along side your forum might be a bit tough.

I currently don’t have a blog add on my forum, but I do plan on implementing one soon.

That's very true. Using blod add on can increase your operational cost. Therefore, better option could be have a category for blog, or using wordpress on subdomain. Well, we tried to link wordpress blog with Xenfor forum on SWC but we couldn't succeed. :D
