Anything that's taken in moderation is good. When taken in excess it's bad.

Well, I once drank coffee, a native one and a commercial one. I took it by occasion or social gathering.

I give up drinking it when I joined a religious sect. As a part of my baptism covenant is to refrain drinking or taking something with caffeine or harmful drugs.

I was not aware that that you were not allowed to drink caffeinated drink when you are baptised into covenant. I thought only alcohol was banned in religion.

The only complaint I mostly hear about is that coffee changes the color of your teeth over time.

If I don't jump start my body first thing in the morning with strong black coffee, it simply won't run....end of story.
For those across the pond and in the know, I drink Tim Hortons coffee...everything else is substandard dishwater. (not that I know what dishwater tastes like) lol.

I drink 4 cups a day with a military type schedule.
Cup #1...first thing in the morning
Cup #2...noon
Cup #3...3 p.m.
Cup #4...6 p.m.

In my orderly life there is no if's, but's, when's, or maybe's about it. This is when coffee time is, and that is that!

I hear this a lot too but it doesn't bother me too much. The older we get, things happen to us.

One advantage of being my age is that I can take my teeth out and place them in a glass if I want to while drinking my coffee, therefore preserving the natural color of the few teeth I have left.

I have about one coffee every year. I am not a fan of the stuff.
I much rather have tea.

I absolutely love coffee. Many would say I drink it a lot but I've gotten a lot better actually! I used to be able to finish a pot of coffee by myself before noon. Nowadays I find myself drinking maybe 2 or 3 cups per day.

I make sure to drink a glass of water before any cup of coffee. I enjoy the taste of coffee but understand that it's really good in cubing appetites and thirst but it's important to remain hydrated!

I am not a fan of coffee. I don't like coffee or the smell of it. We don't even buy it at home.
