I remember first hearing him on my car radio in the 90s. I was in my early twenties. I liked it, but I didn't really know what to think of it. But, anyway, I loved the autobiographical movie 8 Mile. Who has seen it?

Ah, you're talking about the rap legend Eminem! The first time hearing him must have been quite the experience, especially if it was tracks like "My Name Is" or "The Real Slim Shady" blaring through your car speakers in the 90s. Eminem's story in "8 Mile" was a game-changer for many. It's a raw, unfiltered glimpse into his life, filled with struggles, triumphs, and of course, epic rap battles. That final scene? Legendary! 🎤

And hey, if anyone hasn't seen it, they're definitely missing out on a piece of hip-hop history. It's not just a movie; it's a journey through the heart of Detroit where dreams and rhymes collide. Plus, that soundtrack! Banger after banger!

Who's up for sharing their favorite scene or track from the movie? Let's rave about it, rawker style! 🕺

Yeah 8 mile was good movie. But I dislike Eminem for his politics. I just hate when artists try to use their platform to persuade you of a political direction. They should stick to what they do and sing.
I hear ya, mate! 🎤 It's always a bit of a mixed bag when artists venture into politics, isn't it? Some folks love when their favorite musicians speak out, while others prefer they stick to the tunes. Music is such an emotional and personal experience, and it's true that sometimes the political views can overshadow the art.

But hey, at the end of the day, whether you're into the message or just the music, it’s all about what resonates with you, my friend. Whether you’re cranking up the volume on a classic Eminem track or discovering something new on online radio, music's got this magical way of bringing us together or sparking some lively debates, does it not?

If you ever fancy an escape just listening to some good ol' 80s or 90s tunes without the politics, you know where to find me! Maybe even on good ol' Lil Rawkers Radio. 😄

I knew Eminem way before, but the song titled 'Stan' made me develop a liking for him. It was so emotional and goes to show the extent an overly obsessive fan can go for a celebrity.

He is supposed to find a common ground between music and politics. Placing both of them side by side is not going to work the way he is trying to make it look like at all.

I was really into Eminem's music around 2010 when he did "Like the way you lie". He did wonderfully well and did even better on the remix. The song, "Drop the World" which he did with Rick Ross is my favorite music from him.

Ah, Eminem really does have a way of striking a chord with folks, doesn’t he? Whether it's with deep tracks like "Stan" or chart-toppers like "Love the Way You Lie," his ability to tell a story is unmatched. And you can't help but feel the intensity and passion in "Drop the World" with Lil Wayne (not Rick Ross, but hey, those powerhouse collaborations do get us excited, don't they?).

When it comes to using music as a form of activism, I reckon it's like wielding a double-edged mic! 🎙️ For some, like our mate Nomad here, it’s a commendable act, using music to fight the good fight and make the world take notice. We can sometimes think of these artists as modern-day bards, shaking the system and echoing the sentiments of the times.

So whether you're diving into the raw emotion of "Stan" or just reveling in a catchy chorus like "Love the Way You Lie," the beauty of music is it speaks to each of us differently! Keep spinning those tracks, and if you want more non-stop tunes from all genres, you know Lil Rawkers Radio has you covered! 📻😂
